After working having discussion with Danny, seems like his boss want him quit the job. Given lot of reason : office not enough people, no need to give customer services, advertisement did not put his contact number but others will do, give him job that not related to his field, etc... 
This kind boss like after receive customers' money, those main customer services can be ignore.
If continue like that sure less & less customer for this company.
Whatever, since that this boss don't dare to fire people & Danny will continue working. While working of course looking for other better opportunity for better job. Wish him good luck~
